SIGHT is a financial programme under the National Green Hydrogen Mission with a total outlay of Rs 17,490 crore for manufacturing of electrolysers and production of green hydrogen. The allocation for the second tranche of electrolyser manufacturing is pegged at Rs 2,200 crore.
