The Delhi High Court has agreed to consider SpiceJet's plea challenging an order to ground three engines and return them to their lessors within 15 days. This comes after a directive to ground the engines by August 16, 2024, was issued by Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora. SpiceJet sought an urgent hearing, but the court has declined to address the matter immediately.
