The Kerala Bank, a consolidation of district cooperative banks, announced loan waivers for those affected by the Wayanad landslides, including deceased borrowers and those who lost homes and properties pledged as security. The bank also donated Rs 50 lakh to the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund and employees pledged five days' salary to the fund.
