Bangalore led the Asia-Pacific flexible office market with 15.5 million square feet, surpassing major cities like Shanghai, Seoul, and Tokyo. Delhi NCR followed with 10.7 million square feet. Indian cities Hyderabad and Mumbai also ranked high. The region's flexible office space totaled 89 million square feet by June 2024.
