MRF leased 3.85 lakh sq ft of warehouse space in Pune's Mawal area from NDR Tradehouse in a 10-year deal. The lease includes a Rs 1.05 crore monthly rental and a 4.5% annual increment. MRF will pay Rs 3.85 lakh monthly maintenance and has made a Rs 3.14 crore security deposit.
