Civil Aviation Minister K. Rammohan Naidu announced that the DGCA is investigating the Air India Express cabin crew strike in May, which caused numerous flight cancellations. The airline will be penalized for any regulatory non-compliance. The ministry ensures passenger compensation and refunds. The strike was resolved on May 9 after government intervention.
