JSW Infrastructure buys Rs 88-crore office space in Navi Mumbai’s Nerul

JSW Infrastructure secured prime office space from L&T Realty in Navi Mumbai's Nerul for Rs 88 crore, covering over 52,690 sq ft in 11 units at L&T Seawoods Grand Central. This acquisition trend emphasizes purchasing properties over leasing. Additionally, the deal includes 52+ parking slots and required a Rs 5.29 crore stamp duty, per Propstack’s records, registered on July 16. As India’s second-largest private port operator, JSW Infrastructure noted an 8% net profit decline to Rs 296.55 crore for June's quarter, while revenues surged 20% to Rs 1,104 crore. Furthermore, subsidiary JSW Port Logistics aims to acquire a 70.37% stake in Navkar Corporation, worth Rs 1,644 crore, by Q3.
