Vedanta Ltd will issue ₹1,000 crore in non-redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) with a 15-month tenure linked to MIBOR, paying 3.75% over the one-month overnight indexed swap rate. Funds will be used for debt repayment and capital expenditure. As of March 2024, Vedanta's gross debt was ₹71,759 crore.
