BSNL's Phase IX.2 will install 2,114 4G towers in Chennai, Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram, and Chengalpattu. This Rs 16.25 crore project, funded by the USO Fund, uses 'Make in India' tech. BSNL Chennai Telephones' Chief GM Papa Sudhakara Rao inaugurated the Tiruvallur launch, advancing the 4G Saturation project to improve connectivity in rural and remote areas.
