Yohan Poonawalla-led Poonawalla Group plans to build a 100-meter commercial glass tower in Pune’s Bund Garden area, valued at Rs 1,750 crore, by 2026. Aiming to attract prominent corporations, the tower will feature state-of-the-art facilities. Collaborating with Amar Builders and MOCO Design Studio, the project combines classic and contemporary aesthetics, enhancing Pune's skyline.
