Larsen & Toubro challenged the order of the Division Bench comprising Chief Justice NV Anjaria and Justice Krishna S Dixit of the Karnataka High Court in the Supreme Court, which dismissed its appeal. The tender for the Sharavathi pumped storage project, which is currently being run by KPCL, has been bagged by the Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd group, which quoted a lower price.
