The project is part of NDR Warehousing's expansion plan, with plans for over 80 acres in Pune, indicating potential for an additional 1.8 million sq ft of industrial and warehousing space. The new facility, constructed in just 7 months, has a warehouse area of approximately 0.4 million sq ft and is part of NDR Warehousing's future growth plans.
