Ankiti Bose, co-founder of Zilingo, filed a criminal complaint against fellow co-founder Dhruv Kapoor and former COO Aadi Vaidya, alleging cheating, threats, and sexual harassment. Bose's removal over alleged financial irregularities in May 2022 preceded this. She claims Kapoor and Vaidya coerced her, misled investors, and engaged in misconduct. The complaint also accuses Kapoor of sexual harassment. The accused have not responded.
