Cash-strapped telco Vodafone Idea allocated Rs 5,720 crore for 5G rollout, aiming to cover 40% of revenue base in 24-30 months. It plans to strengthen 4G network, convert 2G users to 4G for ARPU growth. Voda Idea has launched India's largest FPO to raise Rs 18,000 crore.
