Certus Capital plans to invest Rs 1,000 cr in real estate through secured credit

Certus Capital, an Indian real estate investment and advisory firm, plans to invest Rs 1,000 crore through secured credit in the Indian real estate sector over the next year. The firm, founded by former KKR director Ashish Khandelia, has already invested nearly Rs 400 crores for its secured bond platform, Earnnest.me. Certus Capital aims to focus on its investments through its own platform, Earnnest.me, which it started two years ago.
