In a first, the head of a prominent financial services company was offloaded from an international flight out of India for allegedly speaking rudely to the crew. The executive boarded the business class of Air India's Delhi-London flight and reportedly started speaking to the crew rudely. The cabin crew informed the captain, and after other passengers found her rude as well, the captain decided to offload her.
