Nexgen Energia plans to invest around Rs 3,000 crore in a compressed biogas (CBG) plant in Gujarat, India. The company presented a proposal to Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel during a meeting. The CBG plant will supply compressed biogas directly to CNG pumps after its commencement. Nexgen Energia has already set up CBG plants in Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, and Haryana.
