While land acquisition and possession has been completed in Gujarat, and Dadra and Nagar Haveli, possession of over 15% of the total land requirement is yet to be handed over to the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) in Maharashtra. In all, 959.04 hectares (ha) land has been acquired in Gujarat while 430.45 ha falls in Maharashtra.
