India's Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MIB) secretary, Sanjay Jaju, highlighted the growth and employment intensity of the Media & Entertainment (M&E) sector during a special address at FICCI Frames 2024. Jaju highlighted the rapid shifts in the M&E sector due to the availability of online media content, with 90 crore internet users, 60 crore smartphones, and 4 crore connected TVs.
