Indian business tycoon Gautam Adani and Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi have discussed a strategic partnership to roll out Adani group's electric passenger cars on the ride-hailing platform. The partnership aims to increase Adani One's traction and accelerate the EV transition in India. Adani plans to purchase vehicles, brand them, and include them in Uber's fleet. The ride-hailing platform is on a journey to become a zero-emission mobility platform before 2040 and aims to replace its existing fleet with electric vehicles globally.
