State-run SJVN has begun commercial supply of electricity from its 50 MW Gujrai solar power station in Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh. The project cost is Rs 281 crore, with expected annual revenue of Rs 32 crore. Geeta Kapur, Chairperson & Managing Director, stated that SJVN is committed to increasing non-fossil-fuel-based energy generation.
