SpiceJet ordered by Delhi High Court to pay Rs 50 crore to KAL Airways within six weeks in a case related to an arbitration award won by Kalanithi Maran and KAL Airways. The payment is subject to the outcome of an appeal by SpiceJet challenging the interest amount, the HC said.
