India Cements Capital Limited (ICCL), an associate company of cement manufacturer India Cements Ltd, has clarified to the Enforcement Directorate about a search of its office in Chennai and Delhi. The investigation focused on foreign exchange transactions. ICCL, an authorized dealer in forex services, has been complying with RBI rules.
