The Union Finance Minister, Nirmala Sitharaman, announced the expeditious rollout of the newly designed U-WIN platform for managing immunisation across the country during the presentation of the Union interim Budget 2024-2025. The U-WIN portal is part of the program to digitize India's Universal Immunisation Programme (UIP) and is currently being piloted in two districts of each state and union territory.
