The Namo Bharat train, currently operating from Delhi to Meerut, will be extended to Muzaffarnagar and Haridwar, providing relief to commuters. The journey from Delhi to Meerut, which takes 45 minutes, will become more convenient. The planned journey from Delhi to Haridwar will only take two hours. The National Capital Region Transport Corporation discussed these projects during a meeting of the NCR Planning boards.
