IndoSpace, India's leading developer of industrial real estate, has signed a MoU with the government of Tamil Nadu to invest over Rs 2,000 crore. This investment will generate 15,000 new jobs and boost employment opportunities in the state. IndoSpace already has a land bank of 600 acres in the region and has developed and leased 13 million sq ft in Tamil Nadu.
