Fuel leakage from Leimakhong power station in Manipur's Imphal West district has caused spillover of discharge along streams in Kantosabal, Sekmai, and nearby villages. The affected streams join Imphal River downstream, a vital water source for villages. Officials are investigating the incident for possible involvement of miscreants or it being an accident.
