Families of hostages head to ICC against Hamas

About 100 Gaza hostage representatives have traveled to The Hague to file a "crimes against humanity" complaint against Hamas. Palestinian militants led by Hamas abducted around 250 hostages during their attack on Israel on October 7, with around 130 still held captive in Gaza. Twenty-nine of them are believed to be dead. The Hostages and Missing Families Forum plans to file a case against Hamas leaders at the International Criminal Court.
