The Interim Budget 2024 was presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. The budget did not mention the FAME III scheme and instead reduced the allocation for the FAME scheme by 55%. The expenditure budget for FAME in the next financial year is Rs 2671.33 crores, a significant decrease from the current year. The government has not yet revealed how funds will be allocated under the FAME scheme for different segments.
