Sony Group-owned Culver Max Entertainment and Bangla Entertainment have urged the Singapore International Appellate Tribunal (SIAC) to restrain Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE) from seeking legal remedies from NCLT or any other court in India or elsewhere.
