Delhi Minister Atishi has accused the Centre of stalling the implementation of the AAP government's doorstep ration delivery scheme. The 'Ghar Ghar Ration' scheme was launched in Punjab, but in Delhi, the scheme has not been implemented due to a stalled implementation by the Centre's representative.
