Shinryo Corporation, a $1.7 billion Japanese group, will acquire GMP Technical Solutions Private Limited, India’s second-largest player in the Cleanroom business, as announced in a company release. GMP Technical Solutions, based in Mumbai, is a Rs 3,00 crore company focused on manufacturing Cleanroom Partitions in India, particularly for the pharmaceutical and semiconductor segments.
