Sumit Gera appointed CEO of India Business Park by CapitaLand Investment Limited as part of leadership succession strategy. Gera takes over from Gauri Shankar Nagabhushanam, who becomes CEO of CapitaLand India Trust (CLINT), Asia’s first property trust focused on India.
