A Delaware judge opened the door for appeals in the Elon Musk pay package case. The judge previously ruled against the massive compensation plan. Musk and Tesla can now appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court. The court also awarded $345 million in legal fees. Shareholders had voted in favor of the pay package.
