By Economic Times - 9 months ago
Pakistan's caretaker government has elevated the Intelligence Bureau (IB) to a full-fledged division, granting it complete financial autonomy. Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar made the decision, with the IB now working directly under the PM's office. The IB director general will serve as the division's ex-officio secretary.
