India's DTAA with Switzerland may require renegotiation: MEA

India indicated potential renegotiations of its double taxation treaty with Switzerland following a recent trade agreement with EFTA. This comes after Switzerland suspended the most favoured nation clause in their existing DTAA, citing an Indian Supreme Court ruling involving Nestle. The EFTA trade deal aims for $100 billion in investments in India over 15 years.
