Sajith Sivanandan, head of Disney's Hotstar in India, has resigned amid ongoing integration with Reliance's media assets following an $8.5 billion merger. This move comes as the newly merged entity decides to stream all live sporting events on Hotstar, including the Indian Premier League (IPL).
