The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) has invited public comments until March 16 on draft guidelines aiming to prevent misleading advertisements in the coaching sector. The guidelines define conditions for coaching institutes, such as disclosing course information, refraining from false success claims, and acknowledging individual student efforts.
