Bandhan Bank acquires 12 offices in Mumbai’s BKC for Rs 135 crore

Bandhan Bank, headquartered in Kolkata, has acquired 12 office spaces across two floors in a commercial tower located in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) for over Rs 135.64 crore. The offices were purchased from four different sellers, including Suraksha Realty, Neostone Developers, Orbit Enterprises, and Veera Associates. This acquisition is part of the bank's growth and expansion strategy, with plans to use the space as its Mumbai corporate office.
